How to make custom screws on the Willemin
Today we’re going to be using our Willimin to make a custom screw. Here is a brass test screw. We’re going to do it in brass at first. It is a relatively straightforward screw, but it’s got a very thin head, very fat diameter head, and it’s got a Torx plus pattern milled into the bottom that’s only 60 thou deep. So what do we use this for? These are the grinding wheels that we grind all of our RASK blades with one inch diameter 60 thou thick and this is how we attach it so this is a speedo holder.
